It's not really funny, but it looks like President Obama announced today that the war in Iraq is over and there is no longer any combat. But thousands of troops remain... even though... the sort of war (it was never really a war - more of a conflict where we conducted riot control)... is over.
So is it a real ending or just sorta kinda?
