Check out this evil woman who casually approaches a cat, look around, then grabs the kitty and tosses it in a trash bin...
It was later reported that the cat was found by someone who saw the surveillance tape and the cat is doing fine. The woman, unfortunately, is still doing fine - hopefully she will be caught after seeing this footage.
