Delphine Eatery & Bar in Hollywood Rocks!

We dined at Delphine last Thursday night. This French brasserie at the W Hollywood was - in a word -  AWESOME! Our waitress, Nora W, was so great! The atmosphere is modern chic with a throwback to old Hollywood.

We started with a couple of drinks. Really really good Mojitos! Also, we enjoyed a half dozen oysters (yum!). They offer east or west coast - we chose the east (props to Massachusetts)!

I had the broiled lobster, my partner had the lamb stew. Outrageously good. We shared a side of Mac and Cheese that was killer. And finished with a chocolate raspberry truffle that was out of this world.

Love the design of the restaurant. The outdoor patio and bar is fantastic. Little touches like seaweed garnish with the east coast oysters was definitely noted. Delphine is located right next to the W Hollywood and directly across the street from the Pantages Theatre. Address is 6250 Hollywood Blvd., Hollywood, CA 90028. Delphine gets a perfect score – loved it! Next up - we are going to try Delphine's Raw Bar Monday - where east coast oysters, shrimp, clams, and mussels are only $1 each (that's right - only a buck) from 5-10:30 p.m. with drink specials from 5-7 p.m.
